This organic type pasta, of cylindrical shape and cut obliquely at the end, is produced with 100% Italian organic wheat, dried at low temperature extruded through bronze. 

This type of pasta takes the name from the Italian penna, as the shape reminds the nibs of fountain pens. 

This type of pasta is extremely versatile, as the central part is empty and allows the sauce to be retained inside.

The techniques and the use of carefully selected raw materials make the products of the BIO line valuable, healthy and genuine.
