Raineri Oil is a filtered Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained with the cold-pressing process. It is a 100% Italian prodcut, characterized by a unique yellow colour and a sober flavour. This oil is delicate and pleasantly fruity; the olives, which come from 10,000 fine olive trees are carefully selected and processed; the Raineri company follows every step of the production, from harvesting to bottling, in order to maintain their highest quality.
Oil can be defined as extra virgin olive oil if all stages of production take place at a temperature below 27 °. Cold pressing allows to maintain the physical and nutritional characteristics of extra virgin olive oil unaltered and to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics.
