100% Italian olive oil of superior quality, obtained directly from olives and processed uniquely via a mechanical process; it is produced in Liguria by the historic brand of the province of Imperia, operating since 1930.

It a cold-pressed and unfiltered oil: freshly squeezed olive juice!

Actually, the only and authentic method to obtain the first oil is a light pressing of freshly harvested selected olives. 

According to tradition, the olives are pressed on the same day as the harvest, in order to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of this precious fruit.

Do you know which is the secret of this excellent product? Sunny lands overlooking the Ligurian sea, centuries-old olive trees, skilled hands that work with experience, large millstones that turn incessantly, squeezing the fresh olives.

Oil can be defined “extra virgin olive oil” if all stages of production take place at a temperature below 27 °. Cold pressing allows to maintain the physical and nutritional characteristics of extra virgin olive oil unaltered and to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics.

This oil is perfect to dress your salads, first courses and vegetables, both cooked and raw, meat and fish. It is tasty also used in the simplest and most traditional way: a few drops on a slice of bread!

How to store it: the ideal temperature to store olive oil is between 12° and 18° C. It is necessary to keep oil far from heat sources.
