Here is an energizing snack, to keep on hand at work, at school, on the road or during sports. It is ideal for a tasty, natural and genuine break, and with just 80 kcal.

Branded by the Consortium of Parmigiano Reggiano, it is a PDO product, that is Protected Designation of Origin. In fact, it can be produced today as it was produced eight centuries ago, only with essential and genuine ingredients: the precious milk of the typical area, fire and rennet, following the good ancient methods, with the art and wisdom of the dairyman.

The snacks of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO are packaged in a protected atmosphere, so they remain completely isolated from the external environment, in conditions of total hygiene. In these conditions, the product keeps all its organoleptic characteristics intact, as well as its nutritional properties: once the package is opened, the cheese appears as if it were just cut, with the same aroma and fragrance as the whole cheese.

Snacks to always keep on hand, ideal for a tasty lunch break, a snack or a boost of energy before, after and during sports for young and old people.

How to store it: keep in the refrigerator at + 4 ° / + 8 ° C. For a few hours, it remains excellent even at room temperature. Keep away from heat sources.

Aged: at least 12 months

  • Smell: with an aromatic and delicate smell
  • Taste: round flavour, sweet
