Here's an energizing snack, perfect to carry with you to the office, school, on a trip, or during sports activities. Ideal for a tasty, natural, and genuine break, with only 80 kcal.

Produced by the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, this snack is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) product. It is still made today as it was eight centuries ago, using only essential and genuine ingredients: the finest milk from the typical area, fire, and rennet, following traditional methods with the craftsmanship and expertise of the cheesemakers.

Parmigiano Reggiano snacks are packaged in a protective atmosphere, keeping them completely isolated from the external environment and ensuring total hygiene. In these conditions, the product retains all its organoleptic and taste characteristics, as well as its nutritional properties. Once opened, the cheese is as fresh as just cut, with the same aroma and fragrance of the whole wheel.

Snacks to always keep on hand, ideal for a tasty lunch break, a snack or a boost of energy before, after and during sports for young and old people.

How to store it: keep in the refrigerator at + 4 ° / + 8 ° C. For a few hours, it remains excellent even at room temperature. Keep away from heat sources.

Aged: at least 12 months

  • Appearance: crumbly
  • Colour: pale straw yellow
  • Smell: with an aromatic and delicate smell
  • Taste: round flavour, sweet

Ingredients: cow's milk, salt and rennet

Allergens: milk and products thereof; free from lactose, additives and preservatives
