The precooked Cotechino of Cavalier Umberto Boschi is the perfect solution for those who have little time but want to enjoy a high quality product. The vacuum packaging maintains its flavour, texture and aroma. All you need is to finish cooking by putting the bag directly in boiling water for just 20 minutes. You can enjoy Cotechino with stewed lentils, mashed potatoes or the Sacrao, a typical recipe from Parma made of cabbage stewed with wine vinegar and tomato.

How to store it: Once cut, the product must be stored in a dish in the refrigerator, covered with cling film. Before consuming it, it is preferable to warm it up in a bain-marie or in a pan, making it crunchy on the outside.
